Paul O’Sullivan

Paul O'Sullivan Bantry

Paul O’Sullivan joined the practice in 1998 as an apprentice solicitor and qualified in 2000.  He became a partner in the practice in 2003.

BCL LLB, University College Cork and Law Society of Ireland

He specialises in property/conveyancing, tax advice, probate, licensing, and employment law.

Paul advises in all areas of conveyancing representing both private and commercial clients, including new and second-hand sales/purchases, mortgages, farm transfers and tax issues relating to same.  He also works extensively in probate matters including estate administration and estate tax planning.  Paul also has particular expertise in licensing law.

Paul is a member of the West Cork Bar Association where he acts as Continuing Professional Development Officer and is also a member of the Southern Law Association.  Paul is also a Director in Muintir Skibbereen Credit Union.
